Once the decision was made to move forward with wraps and Werner chose Edwards Creative as the design company, Brent worked with both Cathy and one of the Edwards designers to come up with a design that would meet the specifications that Werner Restoration was looking for. The design process in creating the wraps for Werner was a collaborative effort by both parties to find the ultimate idea that would work for them. Knowing that there would be multiple vehicles wrapped, it was important for Edwards Creative to show Werner that the team would be able to accommodate the design to the different vehicles and make them look like a cohesive fleet. Brent commented saying that “I trust the design team here and it always comes back that it’s a fantastic product and we get compliments all the time.
Brent commented saying that “I trust the design team here and it always comes back that it’s a fantastic product and we get compliments all the time. There’s no one in the area that has wraps like we do”. Though the entire fleet of service vehicles is not wrapped, Brent estimated that about 70% of them are. The process of wrapping a vehicle has become almost second nature to Brent and the team at Werner. “We know that by the time we purchase a vehicle, it is going to be about a week, depending on schedules, before we actually have a vehicle with graphics on it”. There was even a special situation where they asked on a Monday to have a vehicle wrapped as a surprise gift for an employee by the end of the week. Brent said, “Edwards stepped up to the challenge and got it done and we appreciate that”.
We wanted to know from Werner if they have been able to see a return on their investment with the wraps they have in their fleet. According to Brent, “It’s definitely been worth it. I don’t expect to get a return on investment in the first year or two. However, over the course of doing this for 10 years, I think that our brand will be extremely well known in the area and the wraps play a part in that”. The wraps have been doing their job though, Brett mentioned. He said that he gets comments from people saying “You guys must have 50 trucks”, which he said is good because it gives the impression that they are a lot bigger than they are.
As a final question for Brent, we asked him if there were a few words to describe Edwards Creative. The first he said would be quality, meaning the pricing is definitely fair and you get a fantastic, high-quality product for what you’re paying. Brent also said “Family owned, which means that I know that when I’m working with the people at Edwards, I’m working with individuals with the same values that we have here at Working with family owned businesses is different and allows for easy communication, a good support system, and the people are courteous with their customers and are flexible and understanding”.Werner Restoration.
