Finding the Right Space
Running a growing business from the basement of your house wasn’t exactly an ideal creative hub. Needing more space (and higher ceilings), Edwards Creative moved to its first brick-and-mortar building in 2006, in a cozy spot on 10th Avenue West in Milan, IL. However, cozy quickly turned into cramped because within a year, we had already outgrown the space and moved to a larger one on 2nd Street W in Milan, IL.
Fast forward to October 1st, 2012, and Edwards Creative was on the move again, this time to the iconic former Flooring Express “dome,” conveniently located across the street in Milan, IL, which is where we currently operate. It was the perfect fit, centrally located, and enough space to allow Edwards Creative to eventually expand their production shop and service lines
