Project Manager
The ideal Project Manager is an energetic, collaborative, and extremely organized individual who manages the planning and implementation of special projects and installations. This seasoned professional brings expertise in project management and facilitates design build projects.
Qualifications:
The Ideal Candidate should have the following experience:
- Previous Project Management experience (certification is a plus)
- Creative thinker with a degree in marketing, communications, or business
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Critical thinking abilities ad Risk management skills
- Sales mindset that sets the project up for company success and customer loyalty
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales, Directors, Designers, Production Staff and Estimator to define project scope and objectives
- Organize and manage resources needed to complete each project in an efficient manner
- Track project costs to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to the client and stakeholders
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Ability to manage a wide variety and number of projects at the same time.
