As part of the Allen County Museum’s comprehensive redesign of its permanent exhibitions, Edwards Creative reimagined the Ohio Presidents Room in preparation for America’s 250th celebration. Our team partnered with museum leadership to develop a fresh interpretive vision that transformed the gallery into an immersive experience highlighting the lives, leadership, and lasting influence of Ohio’s eight U.S. Presidents and their First Ladies. The redesign organized complex historical content into engaging, visitor-centered experiences while maximizing the museum’s collections and artifacts.
Edwards Creative provided complete turnkey services, including exhibit planning, interpretive planning, exhibit design, production, fabrication, and installation. The finished gallery features immersive environmental graphics, custom artifact displays, dimensional exhibit elements, interactive digital experiences, and a full-scale recreation of President William McKinley’s famous front porch, creating a memorable destination that connects visitors to Ohio’s remarkable presidential legacy while serving as a centerpiece of the museum’s permanent galleries.
